Welcome to the Fill THE Gap, Inc. website.

My name is David Loewenwarter and I am the owner of Fill THE Gap, Inc. I have been certified in home performance testing by NCAT in association with Northwest Energy Star Homes. I also have the highest level achievement as a Level l thermographer, by The Snell Group.

My personal life style has been to use as little energy as I can while also living comfortably. In or around the year 2002 my wife and I hired an energy audit professional to perform a whole-house energy evaluation. The reason for this was the drafty house, ever present chill in the basement and the ice dam in our gutters. Through the use of technologies, similar to those that I am using in my business, we were able to identify areas of low insulation and air infiltration into our home. Since then, and fixing our home, we have significantly reduced our energy use without spending much to do it.

We cut our energy bills by 12.5%!!! I intend to help you try to do the same.
